Our aim is always to despatch same day, sometimes this is simply not possible. We use Royal Mail for smaller orders.

Yes we do ship overseas, this may take a little longer. But we will always try and provide tracking information for your order.

Yes we do, within 14 day's of purchase. A refund will be issued once we receive the product in the same condition it left in, and with intact packaging. We would also like to hear from you, as to why you wanted to return. Your feedback is important to us.
